Hilary and Mike Foster
moved to Nailsworth in 2003,
bringing with them a wealth of
experience to open Oldstone
Restaurant in Old Market, Nailsworth.
Mike, with a 5 star hotel background in London and the Far East, is former Executive Chef of Mayfair establishments Les Ambassadeurs,
50 St. James and The Ritz Club.
He is now enjoying being back at the stove cooking in his own restaurant.
Hilary, also chef trained , has spent many years running operations in the corporate hospitality sector for prestigious London clients.
She is now looking after the front of house at the restaurant as well as preparing cakes, breads and puddings, she looks forward to welcoming you to Oldstone Restaurant.
